At the dentists under hypnosis!!

This clip was taken from an interesting documentary called “Alternative Therapies” that aired on BBC2 on 17th March 2008. This clip features a dental procedure where the top row front teeth are removed and replaced using hypnotherapy instead of a conventional anaesthetic. Mind over matter? I would think so …

    No problem – meditation is useful as well – I think these two areas are linked. Using the mind as a tool, rather than having the mind run wild through the fear response.
