How do i get Dentists to participate?

I am running a free dental work campaign on my website and i am looking for Dentists who would like to participate in providing Free Dental Work. Any ideas on how to get Dentists to help out? Dentists, we desperately need your help.

we already do lots of free work and take pleasure in choosing who to do it on. we don’t need a middle man to decide for us.

I’m afraid Jen its nigh on impossible to get anyone to work for free, not just us.
Also there are costs to running a dental surgery.

Noble cause tho!
