What are my options if none of the in network dentists in my plan are accepting new patients?

I’m with Cigna, and I’ve never had insurance in my life until this week. All excited, I started calling all the cosmetic dentists within a 75 mile range of my home and NOONE is accepting new patients! Now I’m regretting getting the insurance since it looks like I have to go out of network anyway. Do I have any other options?
I can’t get off the insurance until next year, or by switching jobs. It’s through my employer!
