    Okay, i have a question…. Even tho I have “Bumpers” on my 4 bottom teeth (so my top teeth dont nock off my brackets) can I Floss the same way as I do with the top braces?

    beauty is relative. lots of women with disorderly teeths are very sexy women, is not required orthodontics , gorgeus is gorgeus with orthodontics or without orthodontics

    I agree. My orthodontist said that 2x a day was absolutley fine. I drink a lot of water so the food is rinsed away
