Do you want to see how we place our TAD (Temporary Anchorage Device)? As you can see from the pictures, Jacy is missing the upper left first molar. We will close this space via absolute anchorage with a TAD to help protract or completely move the back molar forward. This type of procedure was not able to be done in the past, but now we are able too! We are always looking to bring the latest advancements in orthodontic technology to our practice. Jacy said that she did not even feel a thing and we should be able to have all the space closed within 6 months. What a great service for our patients!
