Is there any way i can get braces, congenitally missing teeth, no implants…?

Can I get braces with no implants if i’m missing my two teeth next to my 2 front teeth? (left and right, 1 on each side)

ABSOLUTELY. Those two teeth are the number 1 teeth to be missing congentally. I am missing only one of the two, which is not quite as common, but still a pretty normal thing to happen.

Braces are really useful if you have missing teeth, because it’s basically the only way that you can keep the space or close it completely.

Yeah, braces will most def. help you. You can have 2 options: close the gap and make your k-9’s your lateral incisors with some later reshaping, or keep the spaces there for implants or bridges later. When you get your retainer, you will probably get plastic teeth stuck on the thing (called a pontic). It’s not bad. You can later get implants or bridges or something, that will keep the space permenantly.

Good luck getting your new teeth!

  1. Braces Not done routinely in such cases

If only your Lateral incisors are missing (2nd tooth) then in another option is to get the braces done and then make your tooth number 3 (canine) shaped as the missing tooth under dentists advise.
